We are a branding, marketing communications and digital agency in Lagos, Nigeria and we need a skilled Social Media Manager to work on client social media pages. You will be working in a team and working with top brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop social media ideas / strategy
- Create original content for different brands
- Post on social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook and Tiktok)
- Place digital ads to drive engagement and growth
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers to drive visibility for brands
- Engage in active social listening and interactions for brands
- Create periodic reporting for clients
- Work with other members of the creative team to drive quality campaigns
- Attend client events (from time to time)

Requirements:
- Must be experienced (1 year minimum)
- Should have a formal and/or informal training in digital marketing or related fields
- Must be able to show proof of creativity or social/virality/cool factor in content generation, and experience in driving page growth with content.
- Must have good inter-personal skills to relate with client
- Should be able to work remotely
- Must have the capacity to keep tabs on a wide variety of things at the same time
- Can use Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides
- Flexible timing to attend client events (parties etc) beyond work hours (once in a while)
- Should be ideally staying on Lagos mainland
- Must be able to write good english
- Having brand communications experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
